Welcome to FormatFlex. By downloading or using the FormatFlex app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

📜 1. Use of Service

FormatFlex provides advanced document conversion, smart scanning, and financial transaction management services. By using our application, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Assume full responsibility for the content you convert or scan.
• Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the app.
• Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws.

🤖 2. Google API Disclosure

FormatFlex offers a Gmail Sync feature to automate expense tracking. By connecting your Google Account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Data Access: We only request access to `gmail.readonly` to identify and extract data from financial receipts, invoices, and transaction confirmations in your inbox.
• Limited Use: FormatFlex's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the **Limited Use requirements**.
• Human Review: Our systems process your emails automatically using AI. No human at FormatFlex reads your emails unless you explicitly provide consent for support or debugging purposes.

💳 3. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features through the Pro Plan. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled directly by Apple according to their standard policies.

🔒 4. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is our priority. Your use of FormatFlex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your documents permanently; they are processed securely and deleted immediately after conversion.

⚖️ 5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to FormatFlex belong exclusively to the developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional document processing.

🚫 6. Limitation of Liability

FormatFlex is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or conversion inaccuracies.
